Release 4 of Candle Pattern Indicator and Scanner

I've just completed and uploaded new versions for the Candle Pattern Indicator and Candle Pattern Scanner.

Release 4:

• Some tweaks to the detection algorithm
• Added �pin bar�, �inside bar�, �outside bar�, �3 white soldiers� and �3 black crows�
• Added Bollinger Band as trend filter option
