New Release: Candle Pattern Indicator and Scanner (now with alert notifications)

I've added alert notifications to the Candle Pattern Indicator and Candle Pattern Scanner.

When alerts are enabled, the indicator will cause an alert (pop-up alert and/or sound) whenever a new candle pattern is detected.
